Welcome to the Spring installment of Someone’s In The Kitchen cooking classes! As we begin our 29th year, we’re ready to welcome warmer weather, longer nights, and time well-spent with friends and family. This Spring, we have another great schedule of classes to inspire and motivate you to create memorable meals and celebrations with the people you love.

With a delicious variety of classes, we have you covered for the next couple of months. Look for cast iron skillet cooking, healthy Spring eating, Asian inspiration, and doughnuts made from scratch! As always, our shelves are full of great kitchen tools, gadgets, and cookware to make your culinary adventure complete. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our love of “all things food!” Oh, and share your favorite classes with a friend or two!

Learn how to make Challah bread from scratch! This class will teach you how to mix, proof, braid, and bake Challah bread. This rich bread makes the perfect side for any dinner and its braided look is a show stopper. Each guest will get a chance to braid their own small loaf of Challah. CLASS CANCELLED

Fish is one of the healthiest meats you can eat. Enjoy a variety of dishes that mix it up with different flavors and preparations. As always, it’s a good healthy eating practice to bring a container for any food you choose not to eat during the class. A sample of wine will be offered. Plan on 17 points for this class, not counting the wine. Join Deb Apuli, our LeCreuset representative, and learn how to get the most from your cookware, what is new and get recommendations on essential pieces. Each participant will receive a FREE LeCreuset Stoneware Heritage Square Baking Dish (a $42 value). Spring inspired recipes will be prepared using LeCreuset cookware. This kids class will teach your child how to put a whimsical spin on cupcake decorating. Summer will be our inspiration as it is right around the corner! Each guest will get (4-6) cupcakes to decorate and take home with them. Teddy Grahams lounging on the beach and beach balls in the sand are just a couple of the designs we will be creating.
